Supported banks and statements

StatementDock supports statements from SBI, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak and Bank of Baroda. Statements from other Indian banks often convert too, but they aren’t covered by the Refund Policy yet.

If your bank isn’t detected, pick it from the list and the file still converts. A statement converts when:

  • Each row has a date, a description, a debit or credit amount and a running balance.
  • Dates are day first, such as 03/04/2026 or 03 Apr 2026.
  • The PDF has selectable text. Scanned statements are not supported yet.

US-style MM/DD/YYYY dates are not supported yet. Credit card and loan statements are not supported yet.

Password-protected statements

If your bank protected the PDF, enter its password when the converter asks. StatementDock opens the file in your browser. It doesn’t recover or reset a lost password.
