Axis Bank doesn’t publish the password format for account statement PDFs. The format commonly reported is the first four letters of your name in capitals plus your date of birth as DDMM, for example ABCD0101. The alternative is the four letters plus your 9-digit Customer ID. Axis states this exact format for its credit-card e-statements.
What to try
- First four letters of your name, in capitals, as on the statement (ignore spaces and dots) + DDMM of your birth date. Example:
ABCD0101. - The same four letters + your 9-digit Customer ID.
- The instruction in the statement email.
How to get your Axis Bank statement
- Internet Banking: Accounts → select the account → View the detailed statement, then choose the duration and format and click Get Statement.
- Axis Mobile: Account → select the account → View Statement or Email Statement.
- Without logging in: on Axis Bank’s support site, Insta Services → Statement. Verify with your registered mobile and OTP, and the statement is emailed. This is available for individual savings and agri accounts.
- SMS: from your registered mobile, send
ESTMT <last 5 digits of account number> <from DD-MM-YYYY> <to DD-MM-YYYY>to 56161600.
Registering for e-statements switches you from quarterly paper statements to monthly e-statements.
